Mod stays on 'onbruikbaar'

Altough i've got my version on 1.39, the mod stays 'onbruikbaar'. Can somebody help me?

Do you own the required DLC's?
Did you unpack the .rar file and put the 5 .scs files in your mod folder?
Did you make a new profile?

0.2 works on 1.39. There is currently no 1.40 version.
