[NL] Development on v1.xx Leiden area

Since there have not been any development updates for a while I would like to explain what will be added in the 0.2 version from this area. Sadly we have not started mapping the city of Leiden yet or anything on the west side of the A4. On the bright side Zoeterwoude-Rijndijk and Zoeterwoude-Dorp will be present, screenshots of these areas can be seen in the Alphen aan den Rijn development post. De A4 will be added up to the N11 junction, the N11 will be built entirely.
